I used the product and I got a bad reaction?
Each product has a full, in-depth description of its ingredients. If it is the serum, there have been products (Like Glam Glow, Philosophy or acidic items) that are not compatible with the serum & work against it. Please be sure to read over the ingredients list before purchasing!
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship worldwide!
I ordered [enter shipping date here] and haven't gotten an update?
Because all Bahi products are handmade with extra special TLC (tender love & care), & are made to order, please allow 3-12 BUSINESS days for your order to process. While we are processing your order, it will be in the pre-shipment phase. This is when we make & package all products. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an update via email on your package & its whereabouts.
My label has been printed but my tracking doesn't move?
Bahi does drop offs/ schedules pick-ups 24 hours after labels are printed. To not overflow our local post offices (so that they're able to scan everyone's packages in a timely manner & prevent any issue of orders being left in pre-shipment despite it being in their possession), Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be scanned in by our local post office. If tracking does not update by then, please contact us and notify us of this issue. We don't want them sending packages off to the "plant" (to be scanned when there's a lot of packages) which is the purgatory place of all packages.
Changes to orders?
Due to high volume, Bahi only allows 24 hours to make changes to/cancel orders. If you need to make any changes, you should text our textline within 24 hours of purchase, so that we can update information for you. Once 24 hours has passed, we will no longer be able to make changes. PLEASE CHECK ALL INFO BEFORE CHECKING OUT!
I put the wrong address in & did forgot to email within 24 hours..?
In the event that your package gets sent back to Bahi Headquarters due to a wrong address, you will have to pay a $12 reshipping fee via PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org is our PayPal). Once you have done so, please email your FULL NAME, PROOF OF PAYMENT, ORDER NUMBER, & NEW ADDRESS to email@example.com so that we can resend your package to you.
I no longer want my order?
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately if you do not want your product, we cannot put it back in stock if you do not want it. With this being said, if you receive your product, & realize that it is just "not for you", or something is wrong with your order, we can offer you one of two options, store credit for a future purchase, or we can issue you a replacement item.
FedEx vs. USPS?
As you guys know, we have had very many problems with USPS getting our packages to our babes in a timely fashion. With that being said, we will now offer FedEx as a method of shipping. IT WILL COST MORE. However, each package comes with better tracking, & also comes with insurance in the event that anything goes wrong with your package. We will still offer USPS shipping, however, Bahi will not assume responsibility for any issues regarding USPS shipping.
I tweeted about my order but no response?
Please DO NOT tweet @BAHICOSMETICS in regards to orders. This page has very high volume due to the amount of followers we have, so we do not see every tweet that is directed to our page. The best thing to do if you have a question regarding an order is email firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also reach us via textline, or using our help page (@BAHIHELP).
I emailed and got no response?
Bahi is currently expanding, & we have very high volume sales.. Which means high volume emails. We are also working so hard to have the best customer service team possible. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for an email response before resending your email, as it will create a thread, & possibly push your original email back, & extend your wait time.
Any tips on how to start your own business?
We did an interview with FADER going more and more in depth about how to start a business. Also, we will soon begin online sessions (first come first serve) sharing a few of our secrets on how to become a successful business owner.
